• Bangkok metro: free courier delivery on all orders. Dispatched within 1 business day of payment confirmation; typically delivered in 1–2 business days. Packed glass-safe with dividers and bubble wrap.
• Koh Samui: free local delivery, or free pickup at our Mae Nam warehouse (choose pickup at checkout and arrange a time via LINE).
• Rest of Thailand: coming soon — we are confirming glass-safe courier terms. Follow our LINE for the announcement.
• Every shipment is packed for glass. If anything still arrives broken, photograph it and contact us within 48 hours — we replace the broken bottles or refund them, your choice.
