- Bangkok metro: free courier delivery on all orders — or free pickup at our Bangkok warehouse: 55 Pho Kaeo Rd, Khlong Chan, Bang Kapi, Bangkok 10240 (choose pickup at checkout, then arrange a time via LINE). Dispatched within 1 business day of payment confirmation; typically delivered in 1–2 business days. Packed glass-safe with dividers and bubble wrap.
- Koh Samui: free local delivery to your door.
- Rest of Thailand: coming soon — we are confirming glass-safe courier terms. Follow our LINE for the announcement.
- Every shipment is packed for glass. If anything still arrives broken, photograph it and contact us within 48 hours — we replace the broken bottles or refund them, your choice.
