Privacy Policy

German Beverage Co. Ltd (“we”) operates germanbev.co.th. This policy explains how we handle personal data under Thailand’s Personal Data Protection Act B.E. 2562 (PDPA).

What we collect

When you order: name, delivery address, phone, email, order details. When you contact us: whatever you send us (email/LINE). When you browse: cookies and analytics data (see Cookies below).

Why (lawful bases)

To fulfil and deliver your order (contract); to issue tax invoices and keep accounting records (legal obligation); to respond to enquiries (legitimate interest); to send marketing messages only if you opt in (consent — withdraw any time).

Payments

We currently accept payment by bank transfer to our Kasikorn Bank account. We never see or store card details. If card or PromptPay checkout is added, payments will be processed by a licensed payment provider and we will name it here; we will still never store your full card number.

Sharing

Delivery couriers (name, address, phone — only what delivery needs) and analytics providers (Google Analytics, Meta — see Cookies). We do not sell personal data.

Retention

Order and tax records: as required by Thai law (generally 5 years for tax documents). Marketing consents: until you withdraw.

Your rights (PDPA)

Access, correction, deletion, objection, withdrawal of consent, and complaint to the Personal Data Protection Committee. Contact: info@germanbev.com.

Essential cookies (cart, checkout) are always on; analytics/marketing cookies (Google Analytics 4, Meta Pixel) load only after you accept via the cookie banner. Change your choice any time via the banner settings.

วัตถุประสงค์และฐานทางกฎหมาย

เพื่อดำเนินการและจัดส่งคำสั่งซื้อ (ฐานสัญญา) · เพื่อออกใบกำกับภาษีและจัดทำบัญชี (ฐานหน้าที่ตามกฎหมาย) · เพื่อตอบข้อซักถาม (ฐานประโยชน์อันชอบธรรม) · เพื่อส่งข่าวสารการตลาดเฉพาะเมื่อท่านให้ความยินยอม (ถอนความยินยอมได้ทุกเมื่อ)

การชำระเงิน

ปัจจุบันรับชำระโดยการโอนเงินเข้าบัญชีธนาคารกสิกรไทยของบริษัทฯ บริษัทฯ ไม่เห็นและไม่จัดเก็บข้อมูลบัตรของท่าน หากเพิ่มช่องทางบัตร/พร้อมเพย์ จะประมวลผลโดยผู้ให้บริการชำระเงินที่ได้รับอนุญาต

การเปิดเผยข้อมูล

บริษัทขนส่ง (เฉพาะข้อมูลที่จำเป็นต่อการจัดส่ง) และผู้ให้บริการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูล (Google Analytics, Meta) บริษัทฯ ไม่ขายข้อมูลส่วนบุคคล

ระยะเวลาจัดเก็บ

เอกสารคำสั่งซื้อและภาษี: ตามที่กฎหมายกำหนด (โดยทั่วไป 5 ปี) · ความยินยอมด้านการตลาด: จนกว่าจะถอนความยินยอม
